Mark Tenzer Talks to ABTA Travel Convention Representatives in Türkiye

Those of you who are the experts of The Travel Convention will be aware of the fact that in these modern days, together are a chance to link with each other, to separate from the hourly gush of e-mails, and to do a more detached and separate assessment of where we all are coming from, where we are, and where we’re heading.

To be in an attractive location like Bodrum and to get the opportunity to do something like that is not only precious, but important as well. Mark Tanzer says that last week, he was reading an article in the Economist about management burnout, where 68% of managers have accepted that they had experienced burnout in last year, in case if you’re bit inquisitive! This trend is up from 43% the year before and they quoted Microsoft research showed the fact that at present, the managers have three times as many Teams meetings as they had in 2020, which is time-consuming but very unproductive at the same time! 

In workplace, taking time to reason and to generate is becoming one of the most significant, and rare skill. In the US, one of the recent hot books was written by Cal Newport, an American computer scientist. It’s called Deep Work and its caption is ‘Rules for Success in a Distracted World’.
