Valencia to sponsor LGBT conference

This year’s LGBT Conference taking place on July 4 at Tropicana Beach Club in London will be headline sponsored by Valencia.

Valencia, the Spanish city defines itself as a friendly and open minded destination where everybody is welcomed of different, age,nationality or sexuality.

The city which is located on the Mediterranean in the south-east of Spain, has been embracing the LGBT community.

The tourist board stated that it has a thriving LGBT scene along with many bars and clubs proudly displaying the rainbow flag. The flag is not necessarily confined to a specific street or area.

The conference will explore the diversity in the workplace along with eminent speakers like Amy Stanning from Barclays, and Stonewall’s head of private sector programmes, Vicky Hayden.

Travel habits of LGBT travellers in 2018 will be further explored with new data from destinations that are targeting the LGBT community.

In the afternoon sessions there will be insights into new marketing tips from companies that have created LGBT marketing campaigns.
