El Salvador is dedicated toward sustainable tourism that knows the connection of human beings with the
environment, said Félix Ulloa, the Vice President of El Salvador.
The senior representative confirmed that this is the right stake, when he took part in the inauguration of
the Ocean Breeze hotel development. It was graced by the presence of Morena Valdez, the Minister of
Tourism; Fernando López, the head of Environment and Natural Resources and Marco Zablah, the president of the Ocean Breeze project.
Ulloa contended that the tourism pledge is tactical for the nation, as this sector backs 10 percent of the gross domestic product and is one of the most significant lines for producing money for their economy, for which they acknowledge them on this outlay.
The Chief of Tourism emphasized the project positioned in the Mizata Canton, in the Division of La Libertad, which comprises a hotel, a water park, a shopping center, four housing towers, 24 dwellings and six bungalows, which will offer direct scope of work to 200 individuals along with other profits for the adjoining communities.
Till August this year, El Salvador witnessed 2.2 million tourists, which is equal to over 2,100 million dollars in overseas money. As per forecasts, they will be making nearly 300,000 direct and indirect employments, said Valdez.
