Tourism Malaysia increasing its worldwide marketing efforts

Tourism Malaysia is increasing its worldwide marketing efforts by arranging meetings in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. These meetings are improved with lively business-to-business (B2B) conferences and fruitful interactive luncheons, intended to nurture possible partnerships between Malaysian workers in the tourism segment and their equivalents in Cambodia.

Covering 7th to the 12th of August this year, this event enabled conferences between 80 Cambodian travel representatives, accompanied by native media officials from Phnom Penh City, along with 35 Cambodian travel representatives from Siem Reap region. They interacted with 14 travel trade allies of Malaysia, joining with travel associates, resorts, hotels and vendors of tourism stuffs.

The Malaysian delegation was led by Ms. Zalina Ahmad. She is the Deputy Director of the international
promotions segment at Tourism Malaysia. Among the distinguished participants are officials from noticeable bodies like Malaysia Airlines, Lanmei Airlines Cambodia and AirAsia, among many others.
