A National Government will make a new Great Walk, and extend the working holiday visa. This would improve tourism revival and help in rebuilding the finances, the spokesperson of National Tourism, Joseph Mooney said this recently.

Joseph said that under labor, New Zealand is currently in downturn, the living cost is continually increasing in a faster rate compared to wages. When it comes to food prices, it’s at a record high and loans and rents are excessively high-priced. National will reconstruct the financial system and control it well so they can all get ahead.

In New Zealand, tourism is one of the biggest export earners, and the revenue it makes helps New Zealand to recompence its bills and carry on with the public services on which they depend.

But, the mix of the Labour Government and the pandemic have taken the sector backwards. For over a year now since the borders have re-opened, tourism jobs and numbers in terms of visitors have not fully improved.

High inflation and interest rates and wrecked immigration settings have penalized hospitality and tourism, pushing several small operators to the edge. National will bring real-world and serviceable support to make their lovely nation even more attractive to the tourists.
